Rebonded Foam Machine with double moulds description:
The rebonded foam production process involves crushing waste polyurethane sponge (such as from mattresses, sofas, and car seats), mixing it with an appropriate amount of new material (polyether polyols, isocyanates such as TDI/MDI), and additives, and then foaming it into a new shape. Therefore, the recycled sponge foaming unit is a complete set of equipment designed specifically for this process
waste foam conveying system:
Pneumatic Conveying System: Uses air power to transport crushed sponge particles through pipes to the storage silo or above the mixer tank for the next process.
Glue conveying system:
Pneumatic Conveying System: use air power to transport glue (chemicals) through pipes to mixing tank for spray the glue and mixing with crushed foam particles
Crushed foam weighing scale system:
sensors and control system for metering the total weight of crushed foam to make sure accurate density
Glue weighing scale system:
control system for metering the total weight of glue as setting to mix with crushed foam
